About the Program

Our Paleo Meal Plan, inspired by the Paleolithic or the caveman diet, has healthy portion-controlled meals just like the Traditional Plan, except that Paleo is free of legumes, grains, and dairy. The plan has all of the nutrient benefits for your health from eating real fresh food and clean ingredients. 

The Paleo meals are:

  •        gluten free
  •        300-400 calories with lean proteins (e.g., salmon,) nuts, & seeds providing essential fatty acids
  •        high in fibrous vegetables & low in complex carbohydrates
  •        low in sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat
  •        without artificial additives or preservatives and have no added sugar
  •        never frozen or canned

 

The Paleo plan continues to gain adopters in the fitness community as scientists publish research that refined foods, trans fats and sugar are key contributors to degenerative diseases such as obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, depression and infertility and should be eliminated from one’s diet.

As with the Traditional program, the Paleo plan customers achieve weight loss/BMI loss and maintenance, and even muscle gain as part of an active lifestyle.

Price: Weekly Paleo Meal Plans start in price at $109 per week for 10 meals (lunch & dinner.)  That’s less than $11/meal with no grocery shopping or cooking and it’s delivered to your door!  Plans start at $99 per week for our neighbors in the state of Florida.
